Description of the problem | While stopped with engine idling a warning came on "steering loss stop safely". Power steering gone. Tow truck was after some time able to steer it onto the flat bed. Dealer had to replace power steering rack. There is a safety recall for the 2011-2013 & 2015-2017 explorer. But not the 2014? How many bodies does it take to issue a recall $$$ |
