Description of the problem | Driving on the highway going about 65 miles per hour, passenger windshield side panel flew off the my 2014 ford explorer truck that could have caused damages to other vehicles behind me or even an accident. I just bought the vehicle from a dealership about 2 months ago. I notified the dealership and was told the part is not under extended warranty and i would have to pay over $200 to get the panel replaced. |
