Description of the problem | We are experiencing abnormal and extensive exhaust fumes in the cab. We had a local dealer perform the no charge service offer by ford to seal the cabin and reprogram the air conditioner but we soon realized this did not resolve the issue. We scheduled to have the vehicle inspected again. We received a message (we have a recording) from the service department manager that there was definitely an issue of exhaust being pulled into the cabin that they could not explain. They said they would call ford for direction. They then contacted us to say that ford told them this is normal which is a clear contradiction that is hard to accept as a conclusion. My wife will no longer ride in the vehicle due to the serious affects from the intense fumes during acceleration. Should i seek legal representation? There is a definite discrepancy in the response from the two parties. |
