Description of the problem | My window blew out on the rear hatch opening of my 2014 ford explorer xlt.. People saw it and said it just blew out. The vehicle was sitting stationary in my work parking lot. I was inside the school building. The vehicle was parked and not running for 4 hours. Several witnesses described it as it just blew out. |
