Description of the problem | tl* the contact owns a 2015 ford explorer. The contact stated that there was an abnormal odor in the vehicle while the air condition was in operation. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, after several months the failure recurred.
