Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a ford explorer. The contact stated that when the vehicle was turned on, the heated seats, the heated steering wheel and the apple port was inoperable. The message center displayed emergency charging needed. The vehicle was started and then driven to the fred martin ford, 4701 mahoning ave, youngstown, oh 44515, where it was determined that the battery power was low. The contact stated that the battery was replaced prior to the failure. An appointment was scheduled with the same dealer however, the diagnostic test was still pending. The vehicle was not repaired.
