Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford explorer. When the contact depressed the accelerator pedal to increase the rpms to approximately 25-30 mph, the vehicle emitted a strong, foul odor similar to rotten eggs. The contact took the vehicle to sanders ford (1135 lejune blvd, jacksonville, nc 28540; 1-888-897-8527) who diagnosed the vehicle and completed the directions on a specific service bulletin.
