Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford explorer. While driving approximately 45-70 mph, there was an abnormal exhaust odor in the vehicle. The contact became nauseated and suffered headaches while the vehicle was being operated. Medical attention was not received. The vehicle was taken to jacky jones lincoln (2407 browns bridge rd, gainesville, ga 30504, (800) 835-5249) to be diagnosed, but the cause of the odor could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The contact was informed by the manufacturer that payment would be made to the local dealer to seal any openings in the exhaust and engine compartments in an attempt to remedy the failure.
