Description of the problem | 6/29/2017 this happened to my 2017 ford explorer back window yesterday. Nothing hit it we weren't on the freeway. We were at a light at a complete stand still. There's no point of impact and the glass and it is popped out not in. The glass company told me it was caused from the rear window defroster. Dealership told us they would not cover it and claimed that it could've been a pebble that hit it. |
