Description of the problem | I have had an issue with the exhaust smell in the vehicle from the initial trip i took with the vehicle. I have discussed with the dealer and they have acknowledged that there have been other complaints but ford has not recalled or come up with a fix for the problem. I am aware of other customers using the lemon law in florida to replace their vehicle. Now that the problem has been exposed by the media i would like to see a solution to the problem. I can always take the florida lemon law approach if there is no solution. The problem is not just with interceptor vehicles that ford is now addressing?? Most if not all explorers from 2011 have the issue. The problem is very prevalent when the car is accelerated quickly. I would be happy to discuss with someone and actually show them the effect by acceleration. |
