Description of the problem | Tl* the contact leased a 2020 ford explorer. The contact stated that while in the reverse position, the vehicle would independently stop abruptly without warning. On one occasion, the contact stated that his wife suffered whiplash while she was driving the vehicle and experienced the failure. The contact's wife had received medical attention for inflammation to her neck and back; she had also received therapeutic treatment for her injury.
