Description of the problem | 2005 ford f150, 139,000 miles. Truck started making grind/buzz noise intermittently and would stop when accelerator was released. Took to ford dealer and was told 4wd vacuum switch damaged from water and driver side independent wheel end needed replaced. New switch has water shroud to prevent water damage which would indicate this is a known problem. |
