Description of the problem | There was a horrible storm last night. I got into my truck this morning and the entire back seat was soaked! I spoke with 2 other ford f150 truck owners and they have had the same exact issue. Both of their issues were the result of the exterior light on the top back of the vehicle. I called ford in temple tx. They confirmed they have had this issue a couple of other times and it was in fact the exterior light leaking as it was not properly installed. I have to now pay for this manufacturer's defect. This should be reported as a recall as it has happened to several ford f150 truck owners. I am not happy with the experience of ford! *kb |
