Description of the problem | I live in conn. And as you know, we have the best corrosive road salt- so, in the past year, i, personally have found in the middle of the street full tires- all sizes with rims. So, as a past mechanic i have figured it out to be the spare tires underneath trucks, and suvs that are held by a cable and are located in the rear so when they rust and fall off the car they do not realize or feel it coming off the vehicle, which could cause a crash to avoid |
