Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford f-150. The contact stated the floor mats became stuck under the accelerator pedal causing the vehicle to accelerate suddenly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated the floor mats were issued with the vehicle and to request a refund from the parts department. The dealer did not remove the floor mats.
