Description of the problem | On a 20 degree morning i turned on the rear defrost and in about five minutes time i hear a loud noise. Upon looking around i found the back window had shattered on the passenger side. I was stationary at the time, thankfully, because the sound was a lot like a gun blast and if driving i could have swerved, it startled me so much. The window is shattered into thousands of pieces and visibility out of that window is severely hampered. This is an obvious design flaw and it effects the safety of the vehicle and a recall should be issued. |
