Description of the problem | The passenger rear window lite (glass) on my 2010 f-150 svt raptor shattered when the vehicle was parked running and the rear defroster was on. The shattered glass stayed in place, but requires the complete rear window to be replaced. This is a common reported issue online with ford trucks of this age, where ford will not issue a defect replacement. |
