Description of the problem | 2014 ford f-150. Consumer writes in regards to no parts available to repair brake system failure recall notice. *smd the consumer stated when her husband applied the brake, it went right to the floor and the warning low brake fluid displayed on the dash. The consumer and her husband went next door to the dealer, to get the brake fluid re-filled. When her husband stepped on the brake the fluid was gone again. The vehicle didn't have any brakes. The vehicle was towed to where the vehicle was purchased from. There were no parts to fix the vehicle and no time frame, as to when the parts would be available. Unable to wait, for an extended period of time, they traded the vehicle for another ford. *jb |
