Description of the problem | Spontaneous shattering of rear windshield. This is the second time in which this has happened where the rear window shattered with no cause under the exact same circumstance.. There is no signs of intentional damage or impact. At the time the vehicle was parked, and running with the remote start function. The rear defrost was activated. |
