Description of the problem | On tuesday, 7/23/2019 with temperatures in the low 80's in the afternoon and high 50's in the morning by 3:30 p. M in my 2014 ford f-150, purchased from texas, currently in kansas, my rear, left, tri-window shattered while parked at my job location. My truck was parked in a stationary position for 8 hours. There is no evidence of anything impacting my window and according to the government mechanics that looked at my window, "heat got to it", my window was broken by the elements. |
