Description of the problem | On 9-24-18 my instrument cluster went out, no gauges worked including wipers, blinkers, defroster. Had truck towed to the dealer and they did a master reset. Got the truck back a little over a week later. 7 days later the same thing happened all the gauges along with wipers, blinkers and defroster. The radio was out both times but that was not the safety issue. This time the dealer replaced a module. Got the truck back on 10-12-18 and it is working at this time. Both times the truck was stationary. 1st time was in my garage and the 2nd time was in the parking lot of the fire department that i run with. . |
