Description of the problem | Door latches repeatedly freeze during cold weather despite having been in for repair several times since the truck was new, including a service campaign designed to address this issue. The door latches will either freeze while the door is shut, preventing them from opening, or will freeze after the door has been opened, which prevents them from securely latching when you attempt to close them. This past saturday the door opened while i was moving the truck in the driveway, resulting in me falling part-way out of the truck while it was moving. They again froze that evening, creating a situation where i had to hold the door closed with my left arm. |
