Description of the problem | I was sent a recall notice, went to sunnyvale ford to talk to them about service and they were very rude and blew me off. They blamed ford corporate and said it wasn't their problem. They were very inflexible about dropping off my vehicle and were confrontational at the service desk and when going to drop off the vehicle. There were no instructions on the recall notice about how to engage them properly. Now i've had to drive my vehicle for extra time in an unsafe state and am trying to coordinate another dealership to drop it off at. |
