Description of the problem | I purchased a certified used ford f150 from fullerton ford in somerville, nj 3/13/2020. There were multiple repairs to be made on the vehicle prior to me taking possession that were not completed. I later found out that the vehicle was also subject to recall 18v-568 which was also not completed. The dealership refused to do any of the work they agreed to do and then refused to answer any inquiries by me and i ultimately had to take the vehicle to another dealer to have to recall work done. |
