Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford f-150. While driving approximately 20 mph and attempting to stop the vehicle, the brake pedal traveled to the floorboard and the vehicle would not immediately stop. The vehicle was immediately taken to grapevine ford (8101 e. State hwy 114, grapevine, ford) to be diagnosed, but the cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 5,000. *pm consumer stated he tried applying the brakes several times but brakes went to the floor and emergency brakes had to be used.*jb |
