Description of the problem | I had my door latch recall completed on sept 20, 2020. All doors were done at my local ford dealership. The first cold day below 32 degrees, the door latch failed and doors would not close or latch. Called ford dealership to tell them the repairs did not work and ford will not return a call or e-mail to me to pay for the recall to be re-done at another dealership! Please help. |
