Description of the problem | Feb. 2019, doors would not close once opened. ' had to take wife to work, had to tie both front doors closed from inside of vehicle. Tsb 18n03 applied in feb. By local dealer. Dec. 2020; front doors froze open; would not shut. Tsb 19n03 applied on jan. 14, 2021. On jan. 23, 2021, again drivers door would not shut due to freeze. Had to hold door closed with left arm while picking up supplies. This was 10 a. M. On sat. The 23rd of jan. 2021. The vehicle was stationary when i noticed the doors would not close. I have short video, but too large for the 5 mb limit. I understand ford is naming this "customer satisfaction program." i submit, this is a serious safety issue. |
