Description of the problem | When the temperature dips below freezing, door will not latch on drivers side. Extremely dangerous. Only remedy i have found is to either park in a garage (not possible for me) or to close the door and hit the lock button. The door will not fully close, but after truck gets to warming temp, it eventually will latch. Just a super dangerous situation especially when you need the truck to get to work or something and have no other mode of transport. I believe there is a safety bulletin but my vin comes back with no recalls. |
