Description of the problem | The 120 volt outlet in the dash faults out all the time, it has been in the shop at least four times to resolve the issue. Ford csr at first claimed the dealership could not duplicate the issue which was a lie, as i could show them the failure, then ford csr sent me an email stating they can not fix it and if i don't like their answer to file a complaint with the better business bureau. This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced. |
