Description of the problem	At 8,600 miles, while driving down the interstate at 70mph,, i drove over the seams on a overpass. There was a shimmy and then the steering wheel began to violently shake back and forth resulting in loss of control of the truck. The next week i took it into the ford dealer and they performed a wheel alignment and said the truck was fixed. At 12,000 miles after passing over some minor bumps the same experience happened again resulting in loss of control of the vehicle and having to stop immediately in traffic almost resulting in a auto pileup. Back to the dealership where i got another wheel alignment , bushings replaced. Told it was fixed. Happened again at 17,400 miles, 19,000 miles and 20,500 miles resulting in returning to the ford dealership. Put new steering stabilizer on and said it was fixed. At 23,500 the same experience happened again. Currently scheduled for 4th trip to ford dealership on 1/13/2020. I have copies of all the "attempted repair" orders from ford.
