Description of the problemMy truck has had the front end death wobble since the middle of 2019. I have had it in the ford dealership for repair. They replaced the steering stabilizer and told me they added some shims to correct an caster problem.. They returned the truck to me. Shortly after that it began to wobble again. I contacted the same dealer to have it looked at again. I scheduled it, but they immediately told me that the next fix would require parts that were not available. So i am waiting on parts that are supposedly 60-90 days out. There are many documented complaints on this same issue and ford will not do anything about the unsafe condition. Ford dealers are telling customers that these trucks are not designed to be driven faster than 70 mph or to spend out of pocket money to buy aftermarket parts that are known fixes for the problem. Bottom line is my 60k$ truck is still in warranty and a death trap to drive and ford is not aggressively fixing the problem. The death wobble happens at anywhere from 50+mph when you encounter an uneven portion of road like a expansion joint at a bridge. The wobble will not stop until you are below 30 mph. When the wobble occurs it is not uncommon that you loose control causing you to be in the oncoming lane of traffic.
