Description of the problem | Extreme vibration shaking thru the steering wheel at 50 miles per hour on smooth road. Vehicle experienced these effects on a smooth road with no warning. Vehicle has 10700 miles and is excellent condition. Was very scary as i had to apply aggressive braking to slow the vehicle , felt like the vehicle would run off the road as the steering wheel was violently shaking , like a wheel was coming off. Very serious issue, as there was no warning or indication . After this event researched the issue and found out that this is a known issue and as an owner i should have been notified. I am afraid to drive the vehicle now , it is faulty and un safe , its needs repaired.. I am very surprised that there has been no oversight on this issue with a the minimum a notice of a potential issue . I felt like i had lost temporary control of the vehicle and was going to crash, just not acceptable. |
