Description of the problem | Doors do no stay closed. Had updates done on 11/25/19 second time on 11/27/19 door on right rear would not remain closed also drivers door did the same but was able to close after it warmed up . My 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter in the back. Is ford going to be held accountable for a permanent repair that works. In their customer satisfaction letter says it's a one time fix. First off it needs to be a fix. |
