Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford f250. The contact stated that while driving in rainy conditions, water entered the vehicle. The contact believed that the water entered the windshield area and caused the electrical wires and cables located under the dashboard and the instrument panel to become wet. The water also drained onto the brake pedal, the accelerator pedal, and the carpet. The windshield became foggy due to the failure and the defogger was activated to clear the windshield. The vehicle was taken to midway ford (8155 w flagler street, miami, fl 33144, (786) 801-2969) several times for the failure. The dealer placed a protective seal inside and outside the vehicle windshield area and the dashboard area several times however, the repair failed to correct the failure.
