Description of the problem | In oct of 2019 my truck, a 2017 ford f250, developed the "death wobble." while travelling on i-25 in colorado springs, at approx 65 mph, i was changing lanes over a bridge joint. The truck started to shake uncontrollably, forcing me to cross a lane of traffic. I made an appointment with the dealership i purchased from and repairs were done in accordance with tsb 19-2274. The invoice number was 912963 from phil long ford chapel hills, colorado springs co. The truck mileage at the time of service was 24298. The stock tires were/are still on the truck and no modifications have been made to the truck. As of jan 2020, the truck has started having the same issues. I have an appointment on 17 jan 2020 to re-address the issue. The current mileage on the truck is 27631 and stock tires are still on the vehicle and no modifications have been made to the vehicle. |
