Description of the problem | Crossed over vehicle warranty at 36000... At 38k the vehicle had first "death wobble" at approx 70mph (highway) after hitting minor road imperfection.. Vehicle is now at just under 40,000 miles on odometer.. Have had 4 other episodes in this brief period of time. This is a major safety issue that will eventually lead to someone's pointless loss of life. This issue is well documented throughout the internet in countless blogs-websites-and videos. To charge anywhere from $35,000-$90,000 depending on model and knowingly put peoples lives at risk over a problem (that my dealership and the ford customer care program admit is a problem) and not issue a recall or buyback is reprehensible and negligent. |
