Description of the problem | Purchased truck new in 2017, now after 30k miles when hitting a pothole at highway speeds the truck will shake violently. Why hasn't a recall be done (only a tsb). My local dealer where i purchased the truck has now replaced the steering damper per tsb 19-2392. Have not yet tested at highway speeds to verify this fixed the issue (homem quarantine due to coronavirus shelter in place. |
