Description of the problem | Running at 70 mph. Hit a bridge expansion joint. The vehicle started a front end oscillation that was extremely violent. I had to rapidly reduce speed and struggled with directional control. At 30 mph the oscillating quit. I was in the fast lane and traffic had to brake heavily and swerve around me to avoid collision. This happened again yesterday. Ford dealership says there are known issues, but parts required to correct the problem are back ordered and there is no known date to get the parts to fix the problem. This vehicle just hit 25k miles. This is a serious safety issue. |
