Description of the problem | The antenna mount is broken and very poorly made. The service manager said that is what happens when you take it through a car wash, checked 2018 same model and the mount has been changed to a heavy duty mounting bracket. When i was driving, it was waving in the wind and at one time came out completly. I was afraid it would hit someone or something and do harm or damage to someone or something including killing someone. I had to use some type of agent to hold it down but that has to be replaced every month. This is not acceptable, and any vehicle should be eligible to go through a car wash. Vehicle was brought to hawk ford in oak lawn, il (invoice #841990) with no repairs being done. Was told it was my problem to deal with. |
