Description of the problem	I was inquiring about the delamination of fords fuel tanks on their f-series diesels. I own a 2000 f350 7. 3l diesel. Last week it began to run as if it wasn't getting fuel so i stopped into a local ford dealer and their diagnoses was the fuel tank on my f350 started to delaminate and clog the entire fuel system. I have owned this truck since it was new and have done all the maintenance and up-keep as required i haven't had any trouble until after the fuel companies started to change the diesel fuel. I have owned the truck since it was new and never had a problem until just recently. The fuel tank problem was diagnosed last week by a ford dealer in my area and it will cost approximately $3600 to repair. My question is, "is there going to be an investigation on this?" i have found a blog from many other customers that are having the same trouble. Someone else should have to pay for this not the consumer or ford, unless they new this would be a problem and continued to put metal tanks in instead of plastic. I would greatly appreciate a reply.
