Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2004 ford f-350. The contact stated that while at a stop, the vehicle surged forward. The contact also stated excessive force was applied to the brake pedal when making a stop. In addition, the vehicle stalled on multiple occasions. The vehicle was able to restart.
