Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford focus se. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 mph, the vehicle began to jerk with an accompanying rattle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, who reprogrammed the pcm and the tcm. The clutch assembly was replaced on a separate visit. After the repairs were performed the transmission failed to shift correctly from first to second gear. The jerking became progressively worse whenever the contact was driving at low speeds.
