Description of the problem	The car's transmission started slipping around 15k, on july 13th, 2013 i brought the car to the dealer. They tried a reprogram which made it worse and then replaced the clutch. I got my car back on august 1st, 2014 the car was out of my possession for 18 days. Then it started slipping again i brought it to the dealer and the car's clutch was replaced a second time at 36k miles i brought it in october 21st, 2013. When i picked it up, it shuttered like mad, they had placed the clutch wrong and i didn't make it out of the dealer's lot. So, they set it properly and i got it back on november 18th 2014 the car was out of my possession for 17 days. Yesterday (5/27/15), the clutch failed to engage and i had to be towed to the nearest ford dealer. It appears there is something wrong with the tcm, i have yet to see how long it will be out of my possession for. Ford has denied my request for a buyback twice now once at 36k and then again today at approximately 45k. If the car fails to engage when i am making a left hand turn or merging into traffic, i am going to get in an accident due to this malfunction. That means this car is putting me, my passengers, and other drivers at risk. So far, ford has only offered me options for buying a new ford with little financial assistance and no way to guarantee a new car will not have the same issues.
