Description of the problem | My 2013 ford focus has been in the shop 4 times, one of which took over month to get the part. My transmission is clearly faulty and whenever i accelerate to 20mph or 45mph my transmission isn't properly shifting. On 8/18 my transmission felt like it was going to drop out while i was on the highway in michigan. This is after just receiving my vehicle back from ford service within the last 7 days. I don't feel safe driving this vehicle at high speeds with a faulty transmission. |
