Description of the problem | Right now, ford is rebuilding the hybrid transition for my 2013 ford focus for at least the 4th or 5th time. There have been so many problems with this model, so many complete shut downs (sometimes as i am getting on the highway) and so many service appointments that it's astonishing there are no official recalls on the books. I would absolutely never consider buying another ford until they make this situation right. |
