Description of the problem | I have had my ford focus in eight times for a transmission shudder. The fix works for several months then reappears. It is a safety issue as the hesitation happens upon accelerating and merging onto highway or into traffic. I have contacted ford customer relations and was basically told there is nothing they can do for me. I am a ingle parent that bought a brand new car so i did not have to worry about issues and safety of my family. I never got the new car reassurance and worry that this shudder will happen at a time where it put us and others in danger. The po box address on the website is also incorrect |
