Description of the problemAt 9:30pm on may 12th 2016 i was driving on i-5 through downtown seattle going approximately 60 miles an hour in the far left lane, when the gas pedal dropped all the way to the floor and i completely lost power. I had to change across 4 lanes of traffic while my vehicle was steadily losing power to exit at mercer st. From there i barely made it to the side of the road on westlake ave where a tow truck picked me up. Following that experience i have had to take my car to have the clutch/transmission repacked 5 times!!! Each time when the clutch is starting to fail, it shudders, shakes and loses power. I am afraid of it losing power in a intersection and being t-boned by another vehicle (this has happened to other owners of these cars). Ford is responsible for fixing this, however they have not taken responsibility and here i and about 4 million other customers are left with lemons! Hold ford accountable for their faulty transmission/clutches from 2011-2016 fiesta/focuses, all i want is a dependable car that will last more than 4 years and 68,000 miles.
