Description of the problem | I have had two door latches completely fail on my 2013 ford focus. The first was the back left door about 6 months ago. This morning my driver door flung open as i was turning right out of a gas station almost hitting the car next to me. This is a huge concern particularly seeing that this is common issue on the 2012-2013 ford focus and other ford models. Ford needs stand up and make things right. I will not buy another ford at this point. |
