Description of the problem | My son(i am on car loan also) received a recall notice from ford for the purge valve. He took it to hopkins ford in elgin, il where we purchased vehicle. They did not replace the purge valve and did a flash pcm instead and 3 days later the check engine light came on for an evaporation leak-directly related to purge valve. I have contacted the owner of dealership, ford motor co. Tony reinhart regional manager for il ford and no one has responded. |
