Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford focus. The contact stated that one of the wires in the wire harness was fractured. The contact also stated that the vehicle shook violently and the "engine fault service now" and check engine indicators illuminated. The vehicle was towed to imperial ford (8 uxbridge rd, mendon, ma 01756, (888) 814-8373) where it was diagnosed that the wire harness was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was scheduled to be repaired this week. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 90,000. |
